With our simple renewal form you can increase / decrease the dose of your medication. We'll also keep prescribing to you, even if you reach your target BMI (see terms).

Successful weight loss takes time, which is why the medication is sold as a monthly subscription. Here we explain how to renew / re-order your weight loss medication at the end of each month and what happens when you reach your target weight.

You can also find a helpful overview in the video below.

1. Payment Reminder Sent and Payment Taken

Every four weeks you will receive an email letting you know that we will shortly be taking payment from the card held on your account. Don’t worry – we can always adjust the final amount once we know the dose you’re going to be on.

2. Login To Your Account To Access The Renewal Form

Once you’ve made payment, look out for an email which takes you straight to your account to renew your subscription. Alternatively, you can login to your Account directly AFTER payment has been taken.

3. Confirm Height & Weight (And Any Side Effects)

We will ask you to confirm your current weight as well as report any side effects in a simple online form.

4. Request To Increase / Maintain / Decrease The Dose

We will ask if you want to go up a dose (this is typically what happens) or if you want to remain on your current dose. You also have the option to reduce your dose.

5. Approve any payment difference

If there’s a difference between your previous dose and your new dose we will ask you to approve any payment difference. If you are dropping down in dose, and the next dose is cheaper, then the difference will be refunded back to you.

What Happens When I Reach My Target Weight?

Can I Keep Taking Weight Loss Medication When I Reach My Target Weight?

We are often asked this question! For existing CheqUp customers we will continue to prescribe weight loss medication to you even if you reach or drop below your target weight.

However, if your BMI drops below 22 it is the CheqUp policy to request more information to determine if it’s still appropriate to continue the medication.

For customers new to CheqUp we can continue to prescribe if you can prove you’re receiving weight loss medication from another supplier and do not have a gap of more than 28 days.
